Anything-as-a-Service (XaaS) is a business model that many of our clients use to deliver enhanced value to their customers. As our clients have a capital asset embedded in their service contracts with their customers, Bostonia has provided guidance on many contract structuring alternatives for XaaS that:

• Provide for an attractive cost of financing that meets the requirements for risk allocation of both the service provider and their customer in a performance- outcome based relationship.
• Allow our client’s customers to achieve beneficial balance sheet treatment under lease accounting standards, if applicable.
