Bostonia Funds Marquee Project to Retrofit DC Federal Buildings

Bostonia closed the $99 million financing of an energy savings performance contract (ESPC) that will contribute to the enhancement of the National Deep Energy Retrofit Program for the General Services Administration (GSA) and will serve as a marquee project in the GSA portfolio. The project includes retrofits to The White House Complex, the Eisenhower Executive Office Building, the New Executive Office Building, the Ronald Reagan Building, and the Winder Building, among others. The GSA manages approximately 95.6 million rentable square feet of space in 190 federally owned buildings, including 70 historic buildings (seven are national landmarks), and 500 leased buildings.
